Farm To Fork Trip

The Cubs visited Tesco last night to take part in their Farm to Fork initiative. They looked at where different fruits and vegetables come from and how they grow, which animals milk we make into different cheeses, and handled some fish. At the end of the evening they got to try some fruit (pomegrante, pineapple and papya), cooked salmon and a varieties of bread. They have also earnt the Tesco Farm to Fork Badge that they can wear on their uniform.
